Uh... yeah. Oh no! It won't let me keep fraudulently purchased books, or books I asked to return! And they'll follow court orders! And it might delete something infected with a virus or bug! Oh noes!!

Yeah, woopdy-freaking-do.. Unless they do something beyond that, they're still behaving as good corporate citizens.
