Sorry, I do not know anything about PRS300, but disabling autorun on Windows is a good idea not only because of PRS300.
Any USB key, CD or removable harddisk can have autorun that might install something you do not wish to have installed.

To disable autorun on Windows see following:

Or download some Tweak tool for windows (trial version would be enough), for example from the above site, and disable autorun for selected drives from a nice, easy GUI
