Just purchased the first three of Alexander Kent's Bolitho series as an omnibus for $7.99.

I haven't read it yet, but I understand its a sailing adventure comparable to Hornblower.

It ends up being a 29 novel series, but I believe that a number of them are sold as omnibus collections??
