In Austria they can only deliver something when someone signs that they got the package - which is either you or a friendly neighbor. |
if you consider Dallas, Tx rural.....
when I lived in apartments, I had UPS guys throw stuff to the balcony
and didn't even leave a message, so I found the packages days later
