I got a silver 600 and am very happy with it! I chose it because it was the closest to the Reader's page color, and it matches the inside of the cover I bought.
Also it was the only one immediately available at the time . . .
I have a pink m-edge cover with a soft grey inside. The silver is brushed and does not look "cheesy" to me at all! It looks like a nice picture frame. It is shiny (reflective), which is pretty but can be distracting when reading. I would imagine all colors are shiny though.
Could always give her a gift certificate (handmade works
) and let her choose her own!
Whatever you decide, I am sure she will love it!!
