Thanks everyone! I guess the next procedure will be next Wed afternoon, a horrible horrible laser thing where they weld the back of your retina tightly against the rest of the eyeball. It was almost completed previously in several sessions, but they can only do about 1/4 of the retina in a session due to the painfulness. This will be the last bit and then both eyes will be totally welded.
And then, probably another vitrectomy on the left to scrape away scar tissue, but not until it becomes intolerable. It is "pulling" and "puckering" and I see things curvy. And it feels like something is scratching my eye. But I can live with that at least another 6 months or so - anything to avoid that again!

Uh-Oh, now you've flung a craving on me and I'll have to go see something to try that out! It might make me ralph in 4-D!! The bathroom on our floor here at work is covered, walls and floor, with tiny tiles. The waviness and blurriness was so bad yesterday that I had to piddle with my eyes closed!
