Most definitely. I just RMA my unit, and they have advised me that they will refund the cost of the postage and ship a replacement unit for me.
Given the cost of the unit was US$199, they will have to pay close to US$70 for the unit to be shipped back to them and then shipped a replacement to me, I can honestly say that I am more than happy with the level of service and commitment by the company to stand by their product.
