I called the cable company to invite them to pick up the junk ....... that the Cable COmpany had paid for the shipping and that the 2111 number I had been giving them earlier meant that thaey had not.  I "politely" informed him that it was their STUPID, FARKING ROBOTRON COMPUTER SYSTEM THAT HAD GOTTEN IT WRONG!!!!
