I'll try to untangle it a bit.
RCA is the company that originally made the
Rocket eBook reader, which has been sold off (the reader, not the company) a couple of times and has other names.
It seems that the case
BuddyBoy (sorry, that should be) Dr. Drib is using is the one that
came with his old Rocket eBook, so it's not available any more, he just still has his and is putting it to use.
The
other pouch that AprilBeginnings linked to is, indeed, for the Sony Reader (though the company makes similar ones for other devices too).
You had most of the pieces, astra_lestat, they were just out of sequence.
