No problems with mine. Preordered it, notified on a Monday they were shipping, and I got it Thursday am here in Australia.
Had to RMA the unit last week due to paint problem. Again, no problems with communcation. Dropped them an email Thursday pm, and got the receipt overnight (local time) for RMA instructions.
