The 700 is discontinued. It had an intregal light integrated between a 2 layer screen. This extra layer really diffused a lot of light and took a lot of clarity away from the screen. The 505 and 300 do look a bit better.

Well, it depends on what you mean. How often when reading a book do you turn more than one page at a time. But, yes, the 600 and 700 have the "fast forward" type page turn feature. The 505/300 do not have that.

Pretty much every ebook reader has a go to page type feature. Also most books will have a table of contents that will also help with navigation as will book marking.
