As CommanderROR said, the geo-restriction problem is publisher contracts, and the most you can do is display the problem. So, a method of clearly showing when a book has a geographical restriction would be nice - including being able to look down the whole availability list and see which stores offer that book with which restrictions.

What's unclear to me is whether you will be able to determine a book's geo-status when your crawling other websites - it sounds to me like it would take much more time to accurately determine that. Perhaps this could be augmented by user tags, but I'd sure like to know before I go try to buy something.
