yes, jetBook comes preloaded with English-English, Eng<->Spanish,
German,Russian and Polish dictionaries. All dictionaries work for ebooks in all availavle formats(ePub,Mobi,TXT,PRC,RTF,FB2) except of PDF.
I like this feature and use jetBook dictionaries pretty often.
