The Mac software is terrible, but workable. First thing, build a library- a folder with your files into. It won't work like iTunes, i.e. putting everything in a structured library of its own; it just links (and you're screwed if you change the fileplace). Then, open the software and use the command cmd-I (cmd is the apple- depending on the model). Select your path to the files, select your files and click ok. Wait (it's more entertaining if you look at the Status
) and then it should work, showing the files into Library and making them readable- if it doesn't,
after it has imported your books, quit and reopen.
