I am trying to edit the toc.ncx but it wont let me anyways. What I wonder is why it is working well on calibre and it is not on sony library and the reader. I have tried transfering from calibre to the reader too, same results.
Any suggestion?

Ok, I got it, but the way I did it was converting to lrf. The TOC will work on lrf on the reader but not on epub, I wonder why?
JSWolf you seem to like epub very much, what is the main difference with lrf?
