Is that true? It was my understanding that a bunch of little charges shortened the life of the battery considerably (though less with the newer technologies). However, if you have some authority on this issue, I will take your word for it.
Either way, you are probably right. Even if I abuse it (by my standards, charging whenever I feel like it), I will probably get an acceptable lifespan out of it.
