Don't most foreign words that end up in english get used with the same meaning in both english and their original language, which most definitely isn't the case with this word since it is only used in that manner on here.

Also, as far as context, while it is generally possible for somebody unaware of the random usage of this word on this forum to guess what the author meant, that seems to be a needlessly isolationist and unfriendly approach to take to potential new members and only applies in the case of posts since its use in titles clearly won't have sufficient context.
