It's not the coverage that's the problem with Verizon, it's the illegal practices of adding features and changing plans without the consent or knowledge of the customer. Typically to the extent that I had to call them (no exaggeration) every month for 6 months in a row to have them remove "features" or change the plan back to what I signed up for and reverse the overages they had tried to charge me for (for about 80 to 100 dollars each month).

I never had those problems with Sprint before I went to Verizon, or AT&T since I left Verizon. In my experience they are the worst/most dishonest of the whole lot. I also would not trust them to have their cellular connection working in a couple of years. If it was ANY other carrier, I'd be more comfortable that that feature would continue to work/be available in the future, but not with Verizon.
