I understand when English borrows words from a language of the country where things are 1. Invented 2. Mostly produced. Make sense.

Siesta - born and majorly used in Latin Amerika.
Tea - originate and majorly produced - China
Chai - originated and major producer - India
etc

Liceuse - not invented and not produced at all as far as I know - France.
When France will give the world of ebooks something more then a word for table I think we should talk.
