It's Irex so ... believe me, not only can be possible, but WILL BE in this way. No on-board memory, and no outside access to SD card.

But, the back compartmet seems big, so hope they have finally resolved their HUGE problems with battery life and use, and at least the included one is new, large capacity one, exchangeable as well, perfect if standard and compatible with some mobile devices (so cheap and easy to find), as well as the device and the firmware/programming does properly use it, because these were
very serious problems for all Irex devices in the past.
