I'm so glad it has a name. There's a few people at work who suffer from this (especially, it seems, in the higher ranks of management), so I can now tell them they can go and see a doctor to seek help.

No - although I have suffered from that occasionally (I know my memory isn't going, so that's the only explanation for things I know I've typed not being there). It's more linked to the "satanic" message on LPs - except in my case if you read the words backwards there might well be an insulting message there rather than an evil one. Unless I'm having a very bad day.
