Ours are only around 60-65lb, but I occasionally pick up Maggie and carry her up the stairs (she's got weak rear hips and possibly starting arthritis), and pick up Oscar to put him in the car, Even at that weight they seem heavy (the somewhat awkwardness of them probably doesn't help). I can't imagine picking up yours though. I'd hire a forklift, I think.
