ok, here is the incident where the boss changed my job description mid-stream, and the twon of them flat out were not doing their jobs;

I am so seriously fed up with them today. fortunately I got over to ER this morning and initated the complaint. late yesterday afternoon I got a call from a customer saying that frick and frack had walked in their door, glanced around and said; "nope, can't do it, you gotta move the furniture." and walked out. I went to look yestserday, and all of the jacks are accessible from under the panels of the desks. you can't see the numbers, they aren't easy to get to, you need to get down on your back, but you can get to them. I reported this to my supervisor this morning and she had all of us go over there together. frick and frack were wandering around there " wawawawaw... move the furniture... wawawawa...". the supervisor basically changes my job description in the middle of the room... and ARGH! I'm just so angry and pissed and DONE with this!!!

and here's the one where I felt he was completely out of control, unbalanced, and quite frankly scared the sh*t out of me;

well frick of frick and frack fame may have finally loaded one to many straws onto the camel's back. he decided to light into me when I was on the phone with not one, but two technical support people from not one, but two seperate agencies. the phone was on speaker as I had been entering a lot of stuff into the computer while they were watching on a remote connection. he was in full throttle mode. started with the door between our rooms SLAMMING open! him hitting the door jam with both fists and him screaming at me. I totally kept my cool, and got these other techs to write up statements. I just got back from Equal Employment where I found that you cannot file against a co-worker, but only against your supervisor. I LIKE my supervisor, I do not want to get her into trouble. I also DO realize that she is at fault for not nipping this in the bud earlier. I will hold off on any of that sort of activity for as long as possible. I have a message into the correct person at HR.
