Cause I'm schizo. Actually there were and are a number of niggly issues about it I was/am not real impressed with and with all the uproar about batteries and paint and etc. I decided to send it back, which I did. But after looking at the Sony 300 this past weekend and checking out other options, decided the Pocket Pro was still a good option as a backup reader.

I sent an email to support and to Ruby to just return it to me but have not received a response.
