i know how you feel. i go to bed at 4am (not on purpose. it just seems to happen...), sleep a few hours, and before i know it half the world has gone by...
nomesque, there is an obvious solution to your problem. two, actually. the obvious one : stop sleeping. you may have to work up to this gradually, but it's radically effective. if you feel this is not within your grasp immediately, just switch over your schedule to paris time (the ONLY civilised schedule to have. not that i'm on it. i seem to operating in my own personal time zone. but that's another story...). problem solved.
