I'm a bit of a technodunce, Wayamauro, so forgive my inept answers. I found when I re-formatted that, although title content was temporarily sacrificed, the reader performed perfectly as a 'virgin' machine. Not sure about the SD card, though others here would be able to advise you. I'd guess, though, that because that is external memory it wouldn't affect the internal machinations of the wee gizmo. But I'd suggest you ask the more clued-up members on that score. Do let us know how you go on. Cheers. Neil
