You are kind of fast in your conclusion that I only registered to say I didn't like Bookeen devices. I do like my Cybook, a lot, I just do not like to be kept on hold by any firm in that manner. And that's what made me decide that, when my Cybook needs replacement, to find another brand. It's a free world.

An other firm might not do better. My choice of brand will usually be "Who is selling the device that is the closest to my need at the moment i need it".
