Certainly everybody has a perfect right to express a viewpoint. What I do find irritating are those people who voice opinions about a machine never having used it. I really think that someone who has actually used a device "for real" has a rather more "believable" perspective on it than someone who's never seen or used it. And that applies to both positive and negative views, of course.
