FYI, Sonata is awesome.

It is a client for mpd, which is an acronym for Music Player Daemon.

What's awesome about it, besides its small size, is its elegance. It uses the right-button very effectively.

Type 'mpd' in evilvte, then run Sonata. You'll have to point it to your music directory. mpd should have a config file in your user directory.

But, you'll definitely have to learn more about how linux works to get the most from it. What's neat is that you can use Sonata to control mpd on another machine on your network. Basically, you can use it as a remote control if you want. Or just run mpd on the Q7 and use Sonata to control it.

I use Sonata and mpd on all my laptops.
