Yes, the 600 has a "GLARE" problem. There's no semantic fault with this statement, that's how the word is used by both laymen and industry. Any undesirable reflection of ambient light is synonymous with glare, and with my Kindle I do not have to work to find a good angle the way I do with the 600. I'll probably be keeping it but I do know I'd like the device better sans the touchscreen and with hardware buttons instead. I thought the touch would be good for the dictionary but half the words I look up don't have entries anyway. And I just don't see myself using annotation much, let alone the doodle feature.
