I had a look on ebookprice.info and The Forever War doesn't appear to be able to be had in ebook form.

Googling it had it had the first entry as an illegal torrent! Goes to show that it's highly wanted; the publishers should sit up and note that it'd be a good idea to release as an ebook, especially seeing as they've got the A Separate War available in ebook form, and that's set in that world.
