I just tested V0.6.13 converting "Shattered Crystals" from LRF to ePub. This book includes images, footnotes and TOC. The LRF was generated using BookDesigner.
Results:

- Text: font size is smaller than in the LRF file, resulting in fewer pages.
- Images: the conversion preserved image sizes and page breaks and text above and below them.
- TOC: perfect, exactly the same as in the LRF.
- Titles (as created by BD): Except for very short ones, they were split in two lines. I believe this is not right.
- Subtitles (as created by BD): Also split and the second line lost the Italic attribute.
- Footnotes: poor results.

Although the resulting file was not good enough for reading, it makes an excellent starting point for Sigil, much better than the HTML file generated by BD. Unfortunately, TOC is lost when you open the ePub in Sigil and has to be built again from scratch.
