I agree, however the problem is how to stay ahead on 200,000 titles (and growing) when it comes to pricing. On would need to monitor several other retailers and adjust pricing regularly. On top of that the margins we can play with aren't that large to begin with. The real problem is that many publishers price their ebooks the same as their printed books. I think they should reduce the ebook by at least 30% if not 50% to start with.
