I had to go and cleanup a ton of files using windows but they're still showing up in Calibre. There's no way to isolate the missing files it seems or any way or just refreshing the library. Is there a way to do this or is this just a feature that needs to be implemented?

Also, I would like the option to simply remove a book from the library instead sending it to the recycle bin. These are pretty standard options in normal media managing software.
