Fair enough. I am confident, however, that given enough time, you will get the following responses:

The blacks are the same on both devices
The 300 is more gray than the 505
The 505 has better contrast
The 300 has better contrast
The 300 has a whiter screen
The 505 has a whiter screen
The screens are the same on both devices

Which is why I suggest to anyone interested in the differences to check for themselves. Heck, there are people here that insist the 600 has no glare, or that the glare is so insignificant that you just won't notice it. I, on the other hand, am in the camp that the glare is significant and I did notice it so I took it back and got the 300. So, who's right, and how does contrasting opinions help anyone who asks "which is better?"
