Thanks, Jon. My only experience is with the Kindle 2 and using the Mobipocket Reader (and creator) for conversions and/or PC use.
The Reader did a serviceable job for conversion which I transferred to the Kindle though I must say there were clearly some issues with some words running on into others. (The charts converted without issue, however.)
In any case, if nothing else, I've learned
never to remark upon why a free book doesn't seem to get any traction.
