the Institut du monde arabe (which contains the museum among other things) is a gorgeous building, well worth visiting for the architecture as well, if you've never been there. one of the façades is covered in metal diaphragmes like moucharabiehs which can be opened or closed to let it more or less light. i'm pretty sure they've got a café in there too where you can have a mint tea. but all of those expos sound good. you'll have to tell me about whatever you end up seeing on saturday.
