What shipping method did you use?
How are they going to send it back to you? Will they pay for it, or you?
I wonder how you are going to explain to custom guys that you don't have to pay tax for it when you receive a new unit or repaired one.
I know that you don't have answers for most of the questions yet. I am just asking for the future reference.
