Hmm, that's annoying to say the least. If you bring up the Tools -> Error Console do you see any related exceptions?

One thing to try, on the Bookit Preferences, Advanced Panel, set the logging level to Information and uncheck the Enable Threading option. See if anything changes.

I'm tied up the new couple days with work, but will try to reproduce it.
