OK, now I'm getting frustrated.

As of Monday, this was working on my Ubuntu 9.04 (AMD64) laptop.

As of today, trying to convert any page, or section of a page, causes Firefox (3.5.2) to segfault and die immediately. Just select create ebook, hit OK, and
poof, no more firefox.

Say what??
