I have to not only really, REALLY want the paper version--I have to be willing to convert it to an ebook. Chop the binding, scan the pages, OCR & correct them (and deal with the fact that I'll wind up skimming a great deal of the content when I do so), and format the results into an ebook.

Certainly not worth doing for fiction. Nor for any nonfic on a topic I'm only casually interested in.
