Well... sometimes. Because when I run into a book that is unavailable, my next stop is either the pirate bay or a real book store. I don't feel guilty about using the pirate bay at all because publishers are making a mess of the transition to the internet ebook economy and their heavy handed use of DRM (which often make an ebook more restriced than a paper book). They are basically shooting themselves in the foot.

I don't mind paying the same price for an ebook but if so, it has to come with the same rights as a paper book. That is, I can read it then lend it to a friend (a one user at a time DRM is fine imo).
