Fair enough - and that one seems relatively appropriate I suppose.

I just tried again though and the nearest writer to Jean-Paul Sartre is, apparently, Gene Rodenberry

I am now fascinated by this and would challenge anybody to come up with two sets of less closely related writers than Wodehouse/Hawking and Sartre/Rodenberry.
