I loaded about 60 songs on a 2 GB SanDisk SD card and then loaded books on the card through CONNECT (original version) with no problems. It did create a "Sony Reader" subdirectory where it placed everything that it loaded. I also transfered a Memory Stick from the camera to the Reader to view some pictures. No problems on either the camera or Reader side.
