Beware, it is a very girly cover
While waiting for the leather cover i'd like to buy but which is yet not available, and inspired by jedthehumanoid (

jed for the idea btw) who made a very nice cover for his new 300, I decided to have a go at it.
I used what I had at home : a used ciak notepad for the cover, some very pink felt (it appears red in the pics but it is fuschia as a matter of fact) for the inside lining, some rose biais (that's what it's called in french, sorry I don't know the word in english) for the straps. I did experiment a bit here and there, and did a dummy before completing the final one. he straps are just loose enough to be able to pull the reader in or out when needed, but it sits snug and cosy in the cover. That btw was the hardest part, I first played with elastic band but it did not work at all, so I decided to just sew straps.
I really like the result. So does my daughter of course, so very pink indeed

. I don't know how long the cover will last though, afterall it is homemade, hopefully long enough to bridge the time gap till either the Sony shiny cover or an M-edge finds its way to my house. I'll report, promise !
PS: It does not show on the pics, but the start button and the plugs are free
