I agree with Kanye, but not with the way he expressed his opinion. That poor girl! He ruined what could possibly be the biggest moment of her career. Beyonce looked soooo embarrassed!

It's just another step down in the general disregard for good manners. For instance, I recently RSVPed for a rehearsal dinner, per the invitation. When I met the groom's mother that evening, she said that I was the only one who did that. She was pretty disgusted with everyone.

C'mon people, these things run $35 to $50 per plate. If you don't intend to come, tell the host and save them some money. Nobody will be angry if you don't want to come, but you can expect to not be invited next time if you leave an untouched empty plate that costed an arm and leg. If you intend to attend, then RSVP. Don't make it a guessing game.

And I'm finished now. Thanks for overlooking my harangue.
