Dear, kind souls,

following someone's suggestion here, I am going to ask if anyone here would be so obliging as to try and convert, say, the following file (available in a multitude of formats):

to half-page a5 format, and maybe tell (or, god willing, show) what pages 2 (something rather uncommon in my field, but I would like to know if I'd be restricting myself from reading these sorts of papers) and 9 (a more typical mathematical example) end up looking like?

I had almost a grand stolen from me a few weeks ago (ATM card "skimming"), so I'm planning on spending it on something nice when the banks cough the money back up
