English is a mish-mash of everything from latin to french to germanic, speanish and internet speak. The occaisional foreign word doesn't other me so much (it's not like he made the whole post in arabic).
Indeed, that is a strength of the english language, its just a minor point that this isn't what is happening here, which is simply typical internet messageboard behaviour and an attempt to create some kind of meme or in-joke.
