I don't get it. Why do people feel the need to have *all* their ebooks on the device at once? And don't you keep backups of these files anyway, on a hard drive or s DVD-ROM or online storage or something? (No backup would be risky, as ebook devices can be misplaced.) From that, it's an easy task to transfer hundreds of books at any time to a reading device. Say, once a year or so if you're a fast reader, more often if you buy/borrow new ebooks.
