I killed my website after realising I don't actually read blogs on any kind of regular basis, so why bother having a blog? Is it just another of those 'things' we're supposed to do to gain readers? Another 'marketing' tool (that word makes me sick to the stomach)? Why not just have a neat static page with the writing that is offered, what's coming next and maybe a twitter feed? Now that's something I wouldn't mind checking back on from time to time. In the face of twitter and face book, the blog seems somewhat antiquated anyway.
In any case, an update on the craptacular thriller I'm writing. It'll be available Monday, sometime, and I'll send it through PM to anybody who wants to waste their time on it (I wouldn't myself, I'd just burn the damn thing and have done with it, that is if you could burn digital things. At my end I'll be destroying the story as soon as possible and forgetting that I ever wrote it).
At the moment I'm engrossed in writing a tale about two elderly residents at a nursing home about to embark on one last night of fun, it's called "This is Paradise"
